Personal Training

Hi, I’m Sam! I’ve been working as a health and fitness professional since 2007, specialising in rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and functional breathing.

My Journey so Far 🎯

The moment I started coaching people in the gym, I knew I’d found what I wanted to do. Helping people become stronger and more confident came naturally to me, and seeing the positive impact it had on their lives confirmed I was in the right profession. 🌟

After a successful decade as a personal trainer, my desire to help people further led me to soft tissue therapy. I completed my diploma at London’s prestigious School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and spent years working in clinics to assist clients with complex soft tissue injuries. 🩹

In 2022, I took my passion for health optimisation a step further by studying under Patrick McKeown to become a certified Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Practitioner. I am also deeply committed to evidence-based care, regularly upgrading my skills through courses led by world-renowned physiotherapist Adam Meakins. 📚

My Philosophy 💡

“The body loves movement—the challenge is getting the dose right.”

I firmly believe that patient education is the ultimate tool for recovery. I make a point of explaining your body’s intricacies in a simple, friendly, and jargon-free way, empowering you to take control of your health and reducing the need for long-term treatment. 🤝

Getting to Know Me 🤔

  • Me in 3 words: Passionate, Positive, Understanding. ❤️✨🧠

  • The best part of my day: The most rewarding part of my day is usually right at the end, when I feel satisfied with my work and realise all over again that I’m in exactly the right job. 🌅

  • A myth I’m on a mission to bust: The idea that there is such a thing as “perfect posture.” Being in any position for too long can be unhelpful—your best posture is your next posture! 🪑💥
