Data-Driven, Person-Centred

I know that walking into a clinic can sometimes feel a bit daunting, so my absolute priority is making you feel entirely comfortable, relaxed, and heard.

For me, an open dialogue is everything. I don’t hide behind complex medical terminology. Instead, I make it a point to explain what I’m doing and why I’m doing it, every single step of the way. I firmly believe that the more you understand about how your body works, the better equipped you are to look after it outside the clinic.

When you book in with me, we operate as a team. We will get you out of pain, figure out your body’s unique mechanics, and make sure you leave with the knowledge and tools to keep it running flawlessly.

“An open dialogue is the secret to great care. When we understand exactly how our body works, we take back control of our own health.”

Hi, I’m Has!

Before I trained to become an osteopath, I spent years working in software engineering and consulting. You might wonder how someone goes from writing code to adjusting spines, but to me, it makes perfect sense.

Because of that background, I look at your body through a uniquely analytical lens. I see it as a beautifully complex, interconnected system where everything affects everything else. If you are struggling with persistent pain, stiffness, or an injury, I don’t just look at where it hurts—I trace the system logic back to find out why it started in the first place

“Receiving a message from a new patient I had seen in acute pain the day before her HGV exam and was worried she wouldn’t be able to attend. She not only attended, but passed and sent a photo with her certificate!”

“My clinical philosophy would be: “The body keeps the score, but movement helps rewrite the story.”

“Hearing a patient is back to doing what they love, and weekly/fortnightly appointments move to quarterly maintenance. Pain is often more than just one tight muscle or one stiff joint. I try to understand the whole person, help them make sense of what they are feeling, and guide them back towards movement, confidence and control”

Desk workers: You can spend hundreds on the “perfect” desk, chair and monitor set up, straight out of a textbook – but if you don’t move for 4 hours without a break, it doesn’t matter!”

Analytical. Focussed. Understanding.
