Hi, I’m Steve!

I have spent over 20 years working at the intersection of health, fitness, and rehabilitation. Because I am a qualified Osteopath and a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, think of me as your practitioner for the full journey. If you come to me in pain, we will use precise hands-on osteopathic care to calm things down and get you moving comfortably. But we don’t stop there. Once the initial “fire” is out, we shift gears into strength, conditioning, and rehab to ensure that injury doesn’t knock on your door ever again.

Having spent two decades working with a massive variety of people—from elite athletes looking to smash a personal best, to individuals who simply want to garden or play with their grandkids without nagging aches—I know that true wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.
