We are actively looking for care and retirement homes to partner with and offer some light, movement-based group training onsite or at your location.

Proud to Support Dens
DENS is a homeless charity in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, focused on helping people facing homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion. They provide a range of services to support individuals in rebuilding their lives, including emergency and short-term accommodation, emergency food, and employment support. DENS aims to be the first point of contact for vulnerable people in the area and empowers them to take positive steps towards independence and active community participation.
We offer discounted services to all DENS employees and volunteers, as well as visit their local shelter every quarter for a free drop-in clinic to advice and treat aches and pains of those struggling with living accommodation.
Mindfulness and Breathwork
We are part of the Wellness Community at Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead.
Working with the Community Manager, we offer drop-in workshops onsite to show how breathwork can manage stress and promote mental health, as well as improve sleep, energy levels and boost your immune system.
