In a 60 minute appointment your instructor will use a mixture of physical assessments and practical activities to assess your currently breathing level, then work with you to define and achieve your goals.
Assessment
Static breathing to analyse cadence and biomechanics, as well as active breathing while using gym-equipment to assess breathing under stress.
Breathing Awareness
Your instructor will teach you breathing awareness alongside tools and techniques to improve your breathing from session 1.
Reassess
Reviewing your breathing at the end of the appointment will help you recognise the difference that small changes can make. It will also enable the instructor to teach progressions for continued improvement.
